Cancellation & Refunds

To cancel immediately: Email contact@tranced.me with the subject "Cancel my subscription" from the address you signed up with. We process all cancellations within 24 hours.

You may also cancel directly through CCBill's self-service portal at ccbill.com/cs/consumer_support.cgi using your subscription ID from your confirmation email.

How Cancellation Works

Your subscription is billed monthly on the date you originally subscribed. When you cancel:

  1. Your cancellation is confirmed by email within 24 hours.
  2. Access continues until the end of your current paid billing period.
  3. No further charges are made after cancellation is confirmed.
  4. Your account and session history are retained for 30 days, then deleted unless you request earlier deletion.

Cancellation does not delete your account immediately. If you wish to delete all data, state this explicitly in your cancellation email.

Automatic Renewal Disclosure

Tranced subscriptions renew automatically each month at the rate shown at the time of signup. Your payment method will be charged on the same calendar date each month until you cancel. You will receive a reminder email 3 days before each renewal.

The introductory price you subscribed at is locked permanently for your account as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted. If you cancel and resubscribe, the then-current price applies.

Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods or for subscription periods already in use.

Exceptions: we will issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • You were charged after submitting a valid cancellation request
  • A technical error resulted in a duplicate charge
  • You contact us within 3 days of your initial subscription and have not accessed any premium content (standard membership)
  • You contact us within 5 days of your initial subscription and have not accessed any content (Devoted membership)

To request a refund, email contact@tranced.me with your subscription ID and the reason. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Billing Support

Payments are processed by CCBill, LLC. If you see a charge on your statement that you do not recognise, contact us before disputing with your bank. Disputes may result in your account being permanently closed.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account suspension. Most billing issues are resolved within 24 hours when you contact us directly.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase (the "cooling-off period"), provided you have not accessed the digital content during this period. By accessing premium content before the 14-day period expires, you expressly consent to waive this right, as permitted under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m).

This waiver is disclosed and confirmed at the time of purchase.
