Premium subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. The exact billing descriptor and renewal terms are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
You may cancel through CCBill self-service or by emailing billing@tranced.me. Access continues until the end of your current paid period unless local law requires otherwise.
Veil is purchased as one-time digital credit packs. Veil is non-transferable, has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be traded between users.
Veil is used to unlock content and features within Tranced. Every Veil spend maps to a specific unlock action.
Unused Veil may be eligible for refund upon request and verification. Veil already used to unlock content or features is non-refundable.
Subscription refund handling is described in Cancellation and Refunds and the checkout disclosures.
We link each payment to account unlock activity for fraud prevention and dispute response. If a chargeback is filed, access may be restricted while the case is reviewed.
For billing issues, contact support first. Most issues are resolved faster through direct support than bank disputes.
Tranced handles selection and unlock intent. CCBill handles payment collection and compliance at checkout. After successful payment, your account is credited automatically.
Tranced does not directly process card details.
Charges will appear on your card statement as T MEDIA (processed by CCBill, LLC). If you see a charge from T MEDIA and do not recognise it, contact us at billing@tranced.me with your subscription ID before disputing with your bank.
